I believe we are all worthy and capable of living a life filled with purpose and experiencing a wholeness of mind, body, and spirit.  

I will not sit here and tell you I have it all figured out, but I have learned a great deal that has set me free from my own mental, physical. and spiritual roadblocks.  I created this group because of a deep desire to share my tricks with you that helped me get unstuck.  Whether you are seeking simple tools and accountability to transform your lifestyle, a course grow in your faith and spirituality, or encouragement for your journey, you'll find it here.

I am passionate about creating virtual ecosystems for like-minded to learn and grow together.  If you are a professional that serves youth or parents, I believe this platform is an invaluable resource for your clients, students, or members.  I work one on one with professionals to help build their own private groups and learning content.  I can also be hired to speak to audiences about the importance of releasing the weight of our proverbial backpacks and why Convene Communities is so effective in helping us do that.
